exchange rate for tax amount calculation in GST Tax Document

For one of my foreign vendor invoice I am defining exchange rate per line under general tab in invoice journal lines for its expense but after applying SAC code in tax information tab, calculated GST tax amount in accounting currency is coming according to default exchange rate type.
It should calculate according to exchange rate define at line not according to default exchange rate. Can anyone help me about this issue?

Is that issue is related to GST update patch means a bug or I am missing some related to this?

While using previous tax calculation for other sales tax, amount is coming according to exchange rate define at lines but not in the case of GST in tax document form.

please check in general ledger setup > ledger

have you fixed the default currency exchange rate ?
