I want the transfers and stock movements to be stopped during the count and no notification of completion. How can I progress?

Hi Aykut,

What is your purpose in doing this? Maybe inventory blocking or locking items will also meet your needs.

Inventory blocking:

Inventory blocking - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

locking items:

Go to Inventory management > Setup > Inventory and warehouse management parameters.

Select the General tab. Select this option to lock an item during the counting process to prevent updates for packing slips, picking lists, or picking list registrations.
