Fixed assets table

When in AX2012R2 i try to run a autoreport on the fixed assets, you can not select field to filets on other than the field already available. This is due to the table that has a small "lock"on it. Does anyone know where this lock is set and how to remove it ?

Hi Robin,

Can you tell which fields you are missing? As far as I know all fields from the Asset table are available.

Hi Andre,

the only field I can choose from are the assetnumber and assetgroup. From the standard attached table "worker" i can select all fields . The fields are available from printing but not for making a selection on them. I can not even select the table in het query screen :(

Hi Robin,

Can you share a printscreen of the Auto report? Does it look similar like mine? Did you open the auto report from the List page or the details form?

you are in the a different ( wrong :)) screen.

ON the assettable

File Print print Select.
Some how i am not able to create screen prints in this area like you do, sorry for that

Hi Robin,

You can upload images when you click the 'Use rich formatting' link. If you are using IE11 set this website in the list of Compatibility View settings. Otherwise it will not show the rich formatting properly.

(Note that LCS reqiures to have the compatibility disables).

Please try to add your print screen as I'm getting confused now ;)

Otherwise you can sent the print screen to my email.

Hi Robin,

Thanks for your mail and additional information. You opened the Advanced Filter by hitting the select button. So it makes sence now.

It appears to be fixed in CU7 for AX 2012 R2. You are not running CU7 yet. You can open the AOT, then search for the Query AssetTableListPage. Open the Data sources node and select AssetTable. Change the property AllowAdd. Set the value to 'All'. This will solve your issue.
