Empty Pallet Location on Warehouse Configuration

Hi,

I am using AX 2012 R2 - I am trying to make use of the "Empty pallet location" configuration on the "Warehouse" form however, when a pallet is empty it is not being automatically transferred to the location specified in the "Empty pallet location" field.

Is there any other configuration required for the "Empty pallet location" functionality to be enabled please?
