I have enabled the new lead qualification experience and added the "Lead qualification opportunity form" to my app. I have also turned on the option to allow the seller to create up to 5 opportunities from a newly qualified lead. However, when I go to create additional opportunities when qualifying a lead, the opportunities are not created. I will click the "New Opportunity" button, fill out the required fields on the form that appears, and hit save & close. The form then remains open and no new opportunity is added to the list of opportunities in the lead qualification window. Has anyone else encountered this and know a solution for getting around it?
Update: I contacted Microsoft support and was told the issue is caused by a custom business process flow that we are using. However, even when I remove the custom business process flow and use only the out of the box business process flow this issue persists. Only when I completely remove all business process flows related to the opportunity table does the multiple opportunity creation function work. Support suggested that I remove the business process flow from the "Lead qualification opportunity form" but I don't know how that is possible. Aren't business process flows added/removed at the app level? Also, I find it hard to believe that the new lead qualification experience would break when an out of the box business process flow is active. Is anyone using a business process flow with the multiple opportunity creation setting active?
