List Cash Advance Not Showing on Enterprise Portal

Dear Experts,

I use Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 Enterprise Portal

One user create a Cash Advance and the workflow already created work item for approver

But not showing on approver page All cash advance

Not showing on My Approval page too

Any suggestion to resolve this problem?

    Could you check if all the steps and routes you create and open are the same as those in below article?

    Thank you for your response

    I already solve this problem by doing full compile and CIL, restart server and synchronize data dictionary
