how to add a text in precision design??
example : i have expression such as
=MonthName(Parameters!DatasetTestLedger_FromDate.Value)
and i want add text be example November Last Year

Can you explain your question?
In general to display month name following syntax is used
MonthName(Month(Fields!FieldName.Value))
your case:
=MonthName(Month(Parameters!DatasetTestLedger_FromDate.Value))
