i have a very small Allin-in-One-Solution, means one Server with SQL 2008 and AOS and Workflows, everything on one server. The System is AX 2009 SP1 with Rollup 3 and is productive.
I now have to add the enterprise portal to this server, means installing reporting- and analysis extensions and the EP itself. Since there is a bug in the installation routine of AX that if you install another feature of ax after you installed any service pack, the routine always tells you that you cannot install the service pack to the new components cause the SP is already installed. I had a case at MS and they have no solution. So you have to deinstall all "components" which would be in my case the client, the debugger, the .NET Connector and the workflows and reinstall it.
Not a big problem for client, debugger and connector. But i'm not sure how to reinstall the workflows. I have to deinstall all the components, reinstall it, install additional reporting extensions, analysis extensions and enterprise portal and after that install SP1 and then Rollup 3. And then workflows have to run again.
What do i have to do? What do i have to backup before deinstallation of workflows? Do the settings stay in the database?

P.S.: Please don't tell me that it is not recommended to have a single box installation, but in this case it's a 10 User installation and a server with lot of ressources and a customer with not much money.
