Variable Allocation Account Report does not display all breakdown accounts

Hello

I'm working with a client who has setup Variable Accounts in GP. For several of the Distribution accounts there are multiple Breakdown accounts. We've gone to Reports - Financial - Account and selected Variable Allocation from the dropdown to print out a list as a way to confirm everything is setup correctly.

We noticed there's only one Breakdown account listed on the report - regardless of how many are setup and linked to a Distribution account.

Is this a bug? Is there another report which might have this detail on it?

Hi Ron,

What you have outlined is a known issue with the allocation account reporting in Dynamics GP (PS 4459).

As for a workaround, the following blog article provides a SQL view that may be more effective for your reporting needs:
