Creation of Leave Request Via Power Automate.

Hi,

I have created a power automate which runs when the email is received on the basis of the data it creates a leave request.

The problem is I am inserting data in Leave Request and Leave Request Detail Entities there is no such field as Reason Code in it only Leave Type is available

When we open that leave request Reason code is showing empty.

I have tried to update the virtual table Leave Time Off Request v2 with leave request but its unique identifier mshr_leaverequestentityid contains the same value for respective records of leave requests

i.e if a leave request is for more than 1 day mshr_leaverequestentityid its value would be the same for each record and Update a row(Dataverse it getting failed on this)

Kindly share a solution or possibilities of setting up the reason code in leave requests.

Hi Muhammad,

You can use the comment field in a Leave request and there is no reason code field available on those two entities.

The reason code field setup depends on Leave type.
