I'm having an issue when syncing records from D365 CRM to Business Central. This is for our entities in the Netherlands and Belgium. When the VAT registration number is on a record our Netherlands environment returns the message, "The record is not open" and fails to sync the data. Belgium has some other issues with the VAT format, but really just more concerned about how to go about troubleshooting the other error message. I've looked at the VAT/VIES formatting in our Netherlands environment and can't seem to figure out what might be going wrong here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
