All,

If I have 2 Accountants. Each Accountant has her own user ID. I would think the system recognizes a person based on her user ID and not the position nor job title, correct? Thanks

Hi,

As Boris mentioned, your employees can only have a single position assigned.

You probably mix that with the user roles where multiple users can have the same roles assigned?

Hello Kim,

Yes, positions have to be unique. You can make new ones if needed, but you can only assign a specific position to one user.
