We have around 50 users using sales enterprise and customer service apps for our daily processes. But the performance drastically decreased, everything is loading slowly.
Are there any ways I could check what exactly is slowing down the performance?
Our internet latency is around 140-150 so according to Microsoft it is in a good range
Few questions to understand better.
1. Any particular time the slowness is experienced?
2. Any specific user action where the slowness occurs?
3. What is the response time when tried from other networks?
4. Having the browsers opened too long and too many tabs could cause slowness overall, please measure performance after closing and opening browser instances.
5. Any integrations, data migration happening in the system?
