some of AX 2012 Printing dialig unable to show last time's value

dear all
 
There is a printing dialog before printing report, However some report's dialog unable to remember last time's input 
(ex: destination , or printer), some others has no this problem.
 
We all use same RDP model to develope report. does anyone knows why?
 
AX version is 2012 R3 CU9,

    Hi JCHI,
     
    In case you have this issue where other users can benefit from last saved values, you can try to reset usage data for this report and related objects. This can be done starting from the user options page in the client.

    Hi, I think you're missing the Pack and Unpack methods. I've attached a post on how to use these methods in the Dialog window.

    Since we are using RDP model to develope report, there are 3 classes - contract, DP, controller
    Are pack() and unpack() methods necessary for remembering last time input?
