Incremental refresh not working in CI

Hi, 

I have been trying to do the incremental refresh. Data comes from Azure Data Lake to Power BI Data flow and then in to CI. I could not find  a option of  incremental refresh option in CI but there is option in Power Apps dataflow.  However, I am getting the error " A primary key has not been selected for incremental refresh on this datasource. Please select a primary key and try again. However, there is no option to choose Primary Key. I have marked primary key in dataset (in CI power Query) and make sure its unique.  I get the same error when I get data from Azure Sql. Any idea will be greatly appreciated.
