if i want to check the cost of different branches or departments of the same company in ax 2012 r3 ? then how can i check ?

Please elaborate. How did you setup your branches? Are you referring to costs of items or ledger balances? Or.....?

There are a lot of options how this can be realized.
One possibility is using the Management Reporter, another one using the Trial Balance list page, then you have the inquiry forms and the AX2012 cubes.
