I am testing a scenario in the ATTRACK module.

If an applicant has previously applied a different job, but got rejected. A new job application is posted and he submitted his application, what is the best way to set up some validation within Talent, like a warning message, so that we know this applicant has previously been rejected for another job

A customisation ???

We are working on providing a talent pool within Attract which will give you access to all historical applications of candidates. So before advancing an application you can look up all information and make a well educated decision if to advance or decline.
