Sync custom table in segment

Hi
 
I have created a custom table, related to Contacts,  in Customer Insight Journey and want to use attribute in the custom table in a Segment. So I added the custom table as related table in the segment and the custom table started syncing.
 
After 72 h the custom table is still syncing and the segments using attribute in this custom table stays in status mode /Getting Ready/ and cannot show no of members or be used in Journey. 
 
This article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/real-time-marketing-sync-data-tables, have anot that a sync might take 24h but this is still syncing after 72 h.
 
Anyone else seen this problem and might have a solution?

    Hi Partner,
    Yes, according to the docs it takes 24 hours max.
    Maybe you could open one ticket for Microsoft support team:

    After creating a MS-ticket they helped to stop syncing after the costum table had been syncing for a week.
