How to enabled second menu in the flyout menu in Dynamics CE

Hello,

Does anyone know how a second menu can be enabled in the flyout menu in Dynamics CE? And if so can you please share the method, documentation? My investigation so far point me to achieving this in a modal, but it's not exactly what I would like to achieve.
