how to fetch data from form field and display it in a webresource layout

Hey ! My requirement is 

A. I need to fetch the value from the email field in the contact form and display it in a custom  layout ( a web resource)  next to it. 

B . Using that value i need to trigger an external rest api and display the response in a layout .
