Hi Sarahx99,
On Sales order form click Generate\Packing Slip button on action pane tab "Pick and Pack".
As far as I know you cannot change warehouse on delivery note posting, you need to do it on sales order line.
Sales Ledger > Sales Orders > Pick and Pack > Generate "Delivery Note".
As far as i know, functionally, you cannot edit the Warehouse.
