    Hi imughal,

As Mehdi metioned, we can use OOTB goal management.

Please follow this learning resource to understand goal in D365.

    Hi,

Can you please elaborate on how you want to track sales team performance?

In terms of Financial Achievement you can utilize:

    • Goals: track achievement over a period of time against a target. For example, you can set a goal for Sales Persons to close 25,000USD in Q1. Then we can track performance based on roll-up queries against the defined goals. Following article is a good start to understanding Goals:

                 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-enterprise/create-edit-goal-sales

Furthermore, you can use built-in reports to track achievement against goals, see the following (look for Progress Against Goals Report):

                  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/basics/sales-insights-reports

In terms of Lead Generation, Qualification, Pipeline, and Activity, we have in-built reports such as:

    • Lead Source Effectiveness report
    • Neglected Leads report
    • Sales Pipeline report
    • Activities report

You can read about these reports in the link shared above.

You can also use processes to automate escalations needed as per your needs. For instance, if an Open lead is not contacted in a day or two, manager should be notified.

I hope this gives you a perspective, however, feel free to discuss if you have specific scenarios in hand.

    Best,

    Wahaj
