Dynamic value for Marketing email

Hi all. Can you help me out to apply dynamic values in the email body? I want to use the record from the separate app. I want to add the subject of the appointment and the start time. Thanks a lot.

    Hi, John

    You can follow the next steps to achieve your request.

    1. Add the Appointment entity to the Marketing data configuration and publish it.

    1. If you want to add an appointment with Dynamic content, it' s hard to achieve.

    For it must related to these four entities and has a N: 1 relationship with them:

    However, Appointment entity only has a N: 1 relationship with Contact. A contact can regard to many different appointments. So it cannot be uniquely identified by Dynamic content.

    1. Add a Code tool into your email.

    1. Add the code below into the Code tool.

     

      {{#each contact.appointment_contact_regardingobjectid}}
    • Name: {{this.subject}}
    • {{/each}}

    1. Then you can see the Subjects of the Appointments regarding to the contact in Preview.
