Announcements
I have inherited a customised D365 Sales organization and we are now looking to add Team Members (Team Member licence, Team Member role, configured Team Member app).
Using my account (with Sales Enterprise licence) with the Team Member app, everything renders fine.
Using an account with only Team Member licence, role and app access, the list views and forms do not render properly and I'm receiving the following error (for various files):
Access to font at 'spoppe-b.azureedge.net/.../fabric-icons-a13498cf.woff' from origin 'XXXXXXX.crm6.dynamics.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
The number and file name of errors differ (depending on the icons supposed to be displayed on any given page) but all are located at https://spoppe-b.azureedge.net/files/fabric-cdn-prod_20210407.001/assets/icons/
The result is this:
The same app for a different user (with Sales Enterprise licence):
While I've used Contacts for the example, the issue is throughout the app.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated!
Just in case anyone else runs into this bizarre problem - it ended up being a series of Microsoft sources that were not whitelisted on our side. Why it wasn't across the board, I can only speculate (maybe different licence types/apps use different paths and some were whitelisted while others weren't, which caused CORS issues for those paths that weren't).
In any event, if you hit this, chat to your infrastructure team and get the latest domain URLs whitelisted (the URLs we needed were included here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/organizations/security/allow-list-ip-url?view=azure-devops&tabs=IP-V4#allowed-domain-urls).
Hi Handy,
Have you considered open a support ticket with MS team?
Thanks, Leco Lv, I have already tried clearing the cache, using another browser, clearing caches and restarting laptop, nothing has fixed it.
This is online; no OP.
It now seems that another user is able to see the icons with a Team Member licence so it may be an issue for the individual account/device rather than a licensing issue. This has just got me stumped!
Thanks for turning your mind to it though,
Handy
Hi partner,
I cannot reproduce your problem in my environment.(online)
Or you can try to clear the cache or try another browser, your problem seems to be a bug.
Hi partner,
The sorting | filtering icon is not rendered properly from UCI
Did this problem happened in dynamic 365 OP? (Are you using dynamics op?)
