I have version11.0.19394.0. I cannot post to inventory from purchases or sales, I can however post from an item journal. Is this a known bug?

There are no bugs in this. Can we have more details (steps) on what you’re trying to do?
Strange, I think I had to reboot, because it is posting okay now, but I have proof with the inventory valuation report that does not agree to the G/L for all the purchases I made yesterday. I did run the adjust cost process.
