if i have created a field "ContactNo" in dynamics 365 finance and Operation and i want to validate it as per the Country Code.

Previously I have Check the Link. I have got the Idea About what should be done.. But as i am New to dynamics 365 finance and Operations I am unfamiliar With the Syntax. Means I know What to do But How to do is the problem? Can You please Help me Out...
