I have a location without any warehouse features turned on. Shipment is posted from the sales order. I want to confirm that using the 'select entries' function in the item tracking lines and just clicking OK will:
- select according to FEFO for lots with expiration dates
- for items without expiration dates, the lot with the lowest value.
I did basic tests and I believe this is the behaviour of BC but I wanted to confirm. If true then this could be the process for having the system select the correct lot without the user having to verify the lot number, date etc.
