Hello All and Happy New Year. We are on D365 onprem v9.1. My team and I are were looking into Territories and we are confused as to what purpose they serve out of the box. I think they are really only good for grouping records by region/demographics/etc, which can be helpful with querying, reporting, etc. Since there is no functionality for them, is there anything else that can be done OOB that I may be overlooking? We are looking into other mapping tools but we first wanted to have a better understanding of what could be offered OOB; which I am finding that there is not much.
