User get script error every 10 minutes

One of users gets script error as shown below every 10-15 minutes. 
 
 
Our GP is 18.5 and access via Citrix Workspace.
 
We have already tried the following actions but still no luck. 
- unmark the Business Analyzer from the Customize this page window
- unmark the enable Business Analyzer from System Preference
- restart user's computer many time
 
Please advise.

    User get script error every 10 minutes
    Hello,

    once you get through the 20+ errors. (it actually don’t matter if you clicked yes or no)

    You click the Customize this page option on the homepage, select from the application defaults provided.

    Hello,
    Could you post a screenshot of that ? 
    Where is it happening ? 
    Are those script errors looking like Internet Explorer errors ? if so, this could stem from an incompatible browser setup on the user's workstation.
    Try to disable from the home page 'customize this page' the 'Connect' option, as this opens a browser session to the Microsoft web site and the content might not be properly rendered by the IE engine. 
     
    Microsoft had announced the removal of IE 11.x sometime ago and it should be replaced by Edge, but GP uses its own library / IE engine for the Connect pane apparently..

    User get script error every 10 minutes
    The URL in my case is different with other posts.
     
    It is http://um01.qcloudteo.com/beacon.min.js and other people are related to some temp files in c drive. 
     
    Why GP is try to access http://um01.qcloudteo.com/beacon.min.js???
