Hello all,

In settlement we used to have a field called SETTLED BY, any idea whether the name changed or why it is not available anymore. This field shows who applied the payment

Hi MH,

Can you please check modified by, as the last modification would be made by the user who did the settlement.

let's assume Sally settled an open invoice with a credit memo, how can we see whether it was Sally or Johnny, that field was called settled by

Hi,

In this view settlement\history dialog\table you see only records if a settlement exists. Therefor, once someone settles a transaction the user will be recorded as created by.

If Sally did the settlement, then you will find a line in this table with created by "Sally".

Hi,

Can you tell us more about the field Settled by? When was it visible and when got it removed? Wat is probably part of a saved view? If you click on My view, can you see other options?
