Worflow email notification showing recid insted worker name

Hello,

Suddenly, without any change, all workflow notifications are showing the dirperson RecId instead the Employee Name.

IE: 

An email notification has a something like this

Employee : %PurchReqLine%.%Requisitioner%

And instead of showing the Requisitioner's name the message show the DirPerson RecId.

Any clue about what could be happening?

    Hi Ludwig,

    But the strange thing is that it was working since a week ago ... when suddenly it stopped working for all workflows and instead of showing the name started to showing the DirPerson recid

    Tonight we have an schedule maintenance and we'll see if AOS restart solves the problem. If not, I'll check your suggestion

    Hi axrookie,

    Have you tried the following placeholder instead:

    %Purchase requisition lines.Worker.Person name.LastName%

    If this still does not give you the correct name then a modification/extension of the available placeholders might be required.
