I have tried to import an Excel Spreadsheet Into Dynamics 365 and I continue to get the following error:
The import file does not have the format that Dynamics 365 uses to map the data to Dynamics 365 fields. It is possible some hidden sheets that the system uses have been modified or corrupted. Try again with a file exported from Dynamics 365.
I have changed the file format in different ways, including trying .cvs format with UTF 8, windows .cvc,, and .xlsx
I also downloaded a template from Dynamics 365 and copied a sample data on the spreadsheet template, but for some reason it said that it imported the records and when I search for the imported records it shows one with just the first name and the last name.
There isn't any guidance on what the actual format is needed.

Hi partner,
1.Please make sure that you download the template from Settings->Data Management -> Templates for Data Import.
2.Check if there is any hidden columns in your template.
3.Try all columns one by one to find out which column did not map to the field.
