Realtime Service Check Failure after update certificate

Hi all,

after renewing the certificate for the Commerce Runtime in my local developer environment I get the following error message in the Realtime Service healthcheck.

Please help!

Hi,
You can check out this link which mentions how to troubleshoot issues in Real-time Service. And it mentions you can view the Real-time Service event trace log file and the Windows event log.

You can try running the 'Retail tenant update tool' PS script which will be available in the desktop of your Tier-1 instance. It prompts for user credentials and you have to make sure that you use an Azure AD account of the same tenant which the environment is deployed when you are running the script.
