Problem with publishing solution ribbon workbench

I get the following error when publishing in xrmtoolbox with the plugin ribbon workbench:
 
import failed: unhandled exception: Exception type: System.IO.FileLoadException Message: Could not load or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json Version=10.0.0.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4e6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The Located assembly's maifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

    What happens if you run it from a fresh XRMToolbox install? My initial thought is that it's somehow broken

    I tried installing XRMToolbox again, but same problem exists. Weird thing is.. different dynamics environment works, but this one does not.

    Hmm... This is interesting, I'm not sure how to fix this.
    Is it also if you do it against a copy of the environment?

    did not make a copy of the environment yet..

    weird thing is.. earlier it always worked
