MTD error - Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

/Hi ,
 
can any one suggest on below error?
when I try to create a VAT report, I get an error /Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation./ please advise.

    I didn't see such error before. But do you have full access? If not then try again with sys admin role
     
    Also try and sync ur DB

    I have Administrator access.
     
    I am getting an error while running vat report -   Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

    Hi,
    Have you tried restarting the database? You can try restarting the database server, which may be a solution to the error. Restarting clears temporary state and cache. Restart the database server and try to create a VAT report to see if the error still occurs. Before restarting the database, please make a backup of the data to avoid data loss or any possible problems.
