Has anyone ran into problems with the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook randomly disapearing from Outlook?
All users have the App installed in their Outlook, then suddenly after 3-4 hours the app disappears from the ribbon and requires reinstalling.
Outlook has to be restarted before the app can be re-added.
There doesn't seem to be a specific reason for the app disappearing from the ribbon.
-On-Premise Exchange Server (latest) with Hybrid Exchange setup to Exchange Online
Mailboxes hosted solely on on-premise Exchange server
Latest Outlook client
Latest version of Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
Any feedback appreciated.
