Schedule Crew on Schedule Board

Hi All,

I have created a resource of type crew and added 2 child resource under that crew, below is the screenshot,

Now i have schedule a work order to this crew on schedule board, but the resource count on the schedule board under that crew is showing 0. it show have displayed 2 as i have 2 resource added in the crew. below is the screenshot.

Does this booking which are assign to crew shows up in the mobile application of the individual member added in crew?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Even if this answer is pretty late: YES, the booking should be visible for all of the Crew members also on their mobile client. Technically each member gets its own booking and if you move the crew booking to a different time/day, the bookings for all its members gets automatically moved as well.

    In answer to your question about whether the crew should show as having 2 resources on the scheduling board:

    - Your crew is for 5Feb2021 - 5Mar2021, whereas the date period your scheduling board is showing is 14May2019 - 20May2019

    - The crew will only show as having 2 resources between its start and end times

    Yes to your second question: Each member of the crew will receive their own booking, and be able to see that in the mobile app.

    As to your first issue, I'm not sure why your Crew is showing 0 on the resource count; it should be showing 2, because it looks like you have things set up correctly. 

    Suggestion: Go to the Unified Interface and see if it will let you open the crew to see our child resources. This will tell you for sure whether or not the system is seeing your resources correctly.
