I am working in ax 2012 ,I dont know what is the relation between the ProjTable & ProjCategory table. I need
to know what is the relation between the tables.

There is no direct relation between these tables however you can traverse through ProjTable --> ProjGroup --> ProjCategory

Please provide the scenario you are attempting to solve. There is no direct relationship between ProjTable and ProjCategory.
Both Project ID and Category ID are require to enter any costs or revenue for the project.
There are multiple ways to define the setup for defaulting a Category ID based on the Project ID during transaction entry.
