How to remove open statements in Retail module AX 2012

Hi,

I'm getting the below error when I'm trying to delete an open statement. Please let me know how I can solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Shelvine,

    You will need to delete the lines under the open statement. You can go into edit  and delete the lines under the lines tab.

    You should be able to delete the statement once all the lines are deleted.

    Hi Shelvine,

    Yes, the information message generated by system is correct. We cannot delete open statements unless all respective statement lines are deleted. Please first delete all lines from statement then proceed with deleting statement from list page.
