Can the embedded survey data be exported from Customer Voice?

By embedded survey data do you mean the variables used to personalize the survey?
Yes. The personalized variables.
You can get those by parsing the Context Data field of the msfp_surveyresponse entity by creating a power automate flow. I posted an answer with a sample example flow to a similar query recently. Can you please check the below link, and let me know if it helped:
