I have multiple flows set to trigger when a Customer Voice survey response is submitted.
The response details are then added to a custom entity.
I have been testing my new flow by filling out the survey but it will not trigger.
I have tried everything, recreating the flow, recreating the survey.
The flow just will not trigger.
Any help or solutions are welcomed!
True, people in this forum are experiencing the same issue.
Anyway, the solution they are presenting (using a dataverse connector) is not working for me since the described table "customer voice survey - responses" is unavailable.

I am having this same issue. CustomerVoice forms WERE triggering the flow, but now are not. Standard forms still work.
