getting Anonymous responses.

Hi there, I've been creating some surveys for my company but all the responses keep coming anonymous. even though I've kept the anonymous response of in customization regardless I get anonymous responses. is there a way I can resolve this issue?

    Hi partner,
    After you've created a survey, you can select distribution settings to control responses to your survey. 
    Survey > Send tab
    Customization > Distribution settings
    Participants:
    Anonymous responses: Specify whether to record respondents' names, or keep them anonymous.
    By default, this setting is turned off and the respondent's name is recorded.

    Hi Leah,
    Thank you for your answer but unfortunately, I keep getting anonymous respondents even after keeping the anonymous responses off. I've tried this multiple times now, but nothing seems to work, and I keep getting the issue of anonymous respondents.

    I am experiencing same issues as the post owner. 
     
    Have turned off anoynymous responses but emails still come in and survey respondents are still being recorded as anonymous. Any solutions to this will be greatly appreciated. TIA.
