Is there a way around installing Nav 2015 client onto Mac Book. And probably a way of accesing the server while not on the company LAN from either window client or Mac.

As Khoa said you can create a virtual machine and install NAV in there. Then if you want to access it from outside you should create a network bridge and forward ports.

    Hi Tiwantiwa,

NAV 2015 Client on virtual machine is good approach, you can take a look at Parallets http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/. Besides, you have Web Client, SharePoint Client and Tablet Client. To access anywhere, you should publish the NAV Service to internet, can use NAT, Port Forward, DMZ, ...

Hi Tiwantiwa! You can install the Mac app from here: itunes.apple.com/.../id895261188

Of course, you can always use the WebClient.

And if you want to use the native Windows Client you can use Parallels or a similar solution :-)

    Good luck!

You can configure the web client with the help of below link.

Webclient setup on DMZ (outside domain). Possible???

Connecting the RoleTailored Client over a Wide Area Network
