Once I try to Save or Save & Close an appointment, then get a /Scheduling Alerts/, if /Ignore & save/, get the “Access Denied” message:
You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics 365 object or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator.

The Quick Create for Appointment works fine! once created the appointment, users are able to update the appointments and save without any issue!
