Hi Experts! Greetings!So, when I import fixed asset data on AX365, there is data that shows an error. The error is like this -> 'Field validation failed on table of type 'AssetFixedAssetEntity' for the following fields: FixedAssetNumber. Infolog: Warning: Field 'Fixed asset number' does not allow editing.I don't understand if I did something wrong. Even though before this I did the import and it worked. When I try to input the data manually it's fine too.Please enlighten me on this, my friend. What should I do to fix this?I'm importing data using the AX365 Excel add-in.
Are you giving manual fa number?
If so is your fa group number seq js automatic?
How is your number sequence setup ? At group level or module level?
Check both number sequences (Asset group and asset parameters), Also check if there is any column hidden in your excel template which you are trying to update.
Also, is it new asset import or existing asset number update?
