Is it possible to create a Task based on a Customer Voice survey response in a CJ?

If for example a specific question in a Customer Voice survey is answered as YES, can i set a Task to be created in the CJ specifically to follow-up on that one question response?

    Have you tried the query block in dynamic segment with conditions related to Customer Voice Survey?
