I cannot be any more frustrated with the new MS website. No matter what I do, in trying to ONLY view Dynamics NAV articles, I cannot.
When I first get onto the website, I click on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Then I click on Support up at the top. I see the links for Knowledgebase, Hot Fixes, etc on the left. I click on Knowledgebase. It brings up KB for everything and on the left of the screen, it says "Sorry something went wrong". So, my KB searches include every Dynamics product. Same thing happens with Hot Fixes
Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong???

Use the Internet Explorer to get the exact result of search and try to clear the cache files and histories as well.
If you still did not get drop your KB article number i will will give you the exact link on the same.
