Individual email templates for closed cases in CRM

Hello,

I'm trying to create individual email templates with imbedded tech specific SurveyMonkey links, that will send to the customer from the tech (owner). I cannot determine how to attach an individual template that will send on case closure, from the tech that worked the case so that the customer responds to the SurveyMonkey link in the email.

Can anyone direct me to how to do this?

    What is the requirement for the SurveyMonkey link?

    Maybe you can add the same in the email template so the email adds the link based on the tech.
