How to force Dynamics CRM to refetch emails from mailbox?

OK Guys I did something stupid and I need help.

Last month I put a workflow on Email Entity create Event.

I missed the point that I should ignore incoming messages, So by doing this our CRM failed on working on new incoming messages and for a whole month no new message has entered the CRM.

(By the way I am using server side mail synchronization)

Sonow that I have fixed the workflows, I need to force crm to refetch Emailes in that period, is it by any means possible?

I tried removing a mailbox and re adding it and the whole thing was a mess!

Any help  is appreciated.

    Hi,

It is worth checking Email Server profile record which has a attribute on the form under Advance Tab.

Process Email From - Date & Time

    Hello Matt,

To refetch the emails you will want to navigate to Settings > customization > customize the system > expand entities > open the Mailbox entity > open up the main mailbox form and add the field "process email received after"

Then navigate to settings > email configuration > mailboxes > open up the mailbox you need the email to process in and then on the field you added to the form Populate this field to the date before the email was received in exchange and save the form.

Then once async runs you will notice that the date will change to current date. Once this happens check to see if the mail is reprocessed and in the system.

    Hope this helps,

    Tyson
