Hi,
In my Customer Service Hub, I have an Automatic Record Creation (ARC) flow set up that has stopped working.
It errors on the Create a Queue Item step, as per the following screen shots:
Any help/suggestions as to why this has recently occured most appreciated

Hello Steve,
Had something similar in the past. I would recommend querying for the Active Queue items related to your case and deactivating it first and only then trying to create a new Queue Item.
